My stay at Albergo Villa Gaia was absolutely amazing. I stumbled upon this hidden gem during a spontaneous road trip and I couldn't be happier. The hotel's quirky orange theme and 70s vibe transported me to another era. The owner greeted us personally upon arrival and made us feel right at home. The room was clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. The attention to detail in the hotel's decorations and the friendly service really stood out. The programmable air conditioning was a delight, ensuring a comfortable temperature after our day trips. The breakfast spread, with its variety of sweet treats and Italian coffees, was a great way to start the day. The hotel's location was also convenient, with a nearby restaurant offering stunning views of Tuscany. I had a fantastic experience at Albergo Villa Gaia and I highly recommend it.

Outstanding service/management. Beautiful design of premises and rooms, and pretty unobstructed view from room, though room just a bit small, and shower cramped. Highly reconmended, especially for the price.

Short but brilliant stay.Warm environment, friendly and helpful staff, genuine and healthy food, very central location . It happened that I had a health problem and I got a marvellous support .It is run by the actual owner and you can easily feel it on the care in customer service and attention to detail. Prices are very good, so I would highly recommend this pretty 3 star hotel.

We had a great city break at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide range of delicious products that satisfied even the fussiest of eaters. The location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated the comfortable room which had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

There was only limited parking available. Although we managed to find a spot, it could be an issue during peak periods. Additionally, some aspects of the hotel decor seemed a bit dated, but this did not detract from our overall experience.

The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the cozy and clean room to the fresh and tasty breakfast. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met and that I felt cared for. The location, right in the city center, was unmatched by larger competitors in the area.

All was fine during my stay.

Great location in the fantastic Tuscany countryside, just ten minutes drive from the picturesque old city of Montepulciano, yet close to the main Autostrada. The Hotel has been very smartly renovated to a cool mixture between modern and 1960:s style. Extremely polite and friendly staff who helped us with all requests and recommended a wonderful nearby restaurant. Good and spacious on-location parking lot. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was of Italian standard, which meant a slight lack of robust components but more of cakes and sweets - fresh but not in our taste. To some degree compensated by good Cappuccino and the very friendly breakfast hostess :-)

This hotel is perfectly located in the center of a small town up at the hill, offering a stunning Tuscany view from the window. The value for money is unmatched by the larger competitors in the area, making it a great choice for budget travelers. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms, although without any extra conveniences, are clean and comfortable, with an excellent bathroom. Plus, the breakfast is included, adding even more value to the overall experience.

All was great, no improvements needed.

Very nice hotel, nicely renovated and decorated in good taste. Confortable rooms and nice breakfast. Clean and neat for a three star hotel. Excellent services, the receptionist was most kind and warm, helpful and attentive. He made our stay very pleasant and knew good English. Would return any time and strongly recommend this hotel, as a perfect location for those who want to visit the Tuscan countryside, the famous Nobile wine road, Umbria and its marvels - Siena, Assisi, Perugia. Our warm congratulations to the staff.

Rooms a little tiny - as the bathroom takes space from the room - and maybe a bit noisy when the windows are open. If breakfast was richer, it would be a great plus for a three star hotel.

There is more to a hotel than the rooms and services. The people that run the hotel make it special. I loved my room, clean, fresh comfortable and the view was amazing looking over the mountains! Sergio is the kindest most hospitable host I have ever met! He made my stay at the Gaia exceptional! I thank him more than I can say for all his help during my week stay! Stefan was just as gracious!! Everything was beautiful at the Gaia, the italian breakfast, the surroundings tranquil! I will definately be back 1 day at this special hotel!
